We represent the owner's interests, coordinate the professionals involved and oversee project progress, budgets, materials, finishes and quality.
From initial planning to final handover, we help ensure that decisions are informed, responsibilities are clear and outstanding issues are properly addressed.
INTERIOR DESIGN & FINISHES
Interior design, material and finish selection, supplier sourcing and coordination of specifications to achieve the owner's vision.
OWNER'S REPRESENTATION
Independent representation of the owner's interests, with regular project updates, documented observations and clear communication throughout construction or renovation.
PROJECT & RENOVATION MANAGEMENT
Coordination of contractors, suppliers, procurement, budgets and schedules, working alongside the appointed architect and other qualified professionals.
QUALITY CONTROL & REPORTING
Site observations, progress monitoring, identification of defects, documented findings and follow-up of corrective actions.
