Founded by Cristiana Da Rosa, the firm brings structured control, transparency and professional standards to the management of high-value properties and complex renovation projects.

With a background in construction, interior design and international project environments, Cristiana combines practical on-site experience with formal academic training.

 

She holds an MBA and completed professional studies at the Barcelona School of Design, providing a strong foundation in both strategic management and aesthetic decision-making.

This multidisciplinary approach allows her to bridge technical, operational and design aspects while maintaining a clear focus on protecting the client’s interests and long-term asset value.

This combination of design, construction and management expertise is reinforced by formal international certifications.

 

Cristiana is an IRCA certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and a certified auditor in ISO 21502 (Project Management).

 

ISO 9001 ensures that every process is structured, documented and traceable.
ISO 21502 provides governance, planning and control throughout each phase of a project.
