Cristiana combines experience in residential construction, property operations, strategic management, industrial design and interior design. She holds an MBA from Bureau Veritas. Her background in quality management at Siemens and Continental Automotive in Germany brings industrial-grade rigour to the care of private residences.

She applies the same standards that govern global manufacturing to the management of high-end properties: documented evidence, defined scope, traceability and consistent reporting. The result is a service built on clarity, accountability and measurable results.
