Following years of direct experience within the Sotogrande environment, the practice identified a critical vacuum in the Spanish market: the need for a technical control figure operating with absolute independence from contractors and agencies.

DaRosa Advisory is the first independent firm in Spain to transfer the methodology of Corporate Auditing (ISO 9001) and Project Governance (ISO 21502) to the private residential sector. The practice exercises Owner’s Representation based on operational excellence, transparency, and the protection of private equity.
